On the 29 June 2012 the first two-week course in Aviation Medicine (organised within the framework of “Twinning” programme) has come to its end.
“Twinning” - EU Civil Aviation Safety programme – launched in March 2011 and has been implemented by Spanish Civil Aviation Safety Agency aiming at preparing Armenia for total involvement into European Aviation Safety Programme being established by European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
The course was conducted by Spanish medical experts Doctor Carlos Velasco Dias and Doctor Beatriz Puente Espada, experienced specialists of aviation medicine centre and EASS trainers of the official aviation medicine course approved by EASA. The course was available not only to the experts of the Center of Aviation Medicine under the General Department of Civil Aviation of RA, but also to General Medicine and other specialists interested in the subject.
