Christmas is a time for reflection and renewal and towards the end of the year we do comprehend one more year will be wrapped in the cloak of destiny, and though we each lead different lives, the joys and emotions coming year brings, are familiar to us all.
Another round the globe completes will make us pause, and looking back retrospectively estimate what we have achieved during the last year, and reflect upon accomplishing our goals in the coming year.
It is with great delight that I state about the strength of our university which stood as one and was unanimous in pursuing common goals and objectives throughout the year of 2011. The university achievements in education quality improvement, as well as in maintaining advancement of the postgraduate education and broadening the scope of international partnership are particularly noteworthy. It goes beyond controversy meticulously developed strategic workings lead to university further progress, and I am certain we will vigorously overcome the challenges of the upcoming projects.
Dear students, having chosen the path of the doctor you understand the sacrifices involved and dedication necessary; you understand this is not merely a profession; you heard a calling and realized you should carry out a sacred mission. You are the ones to bring forth distinct commitment and compassion for millions of lives worldwide. Hence, lifelong development of your professional knowledge and essential competencies is a quality that has intrinsic value and the ability to think further than the hectic daily round; the ability to strive for providing every person with the best your profession has to offer. This is not to add to the burdens which will heavily weigh on your shoulders; this is to mention for rising and facing any challenges you may confront on your profession pathway.
