On April 15th of 2010 “Leading the Future” international student forum was held being a constituent part of the events dedicated to the 90th anniversary of YSMU foundation. Forum aimed at bringing together both Armenian and international youth representatives and this goal was achieved successfully enough. The participants and the guests had the opportunity for expanding their knowledge in the sphere of public healthcare and be enrolled in live discussions outlining today’s essential issues concerning the youth.
Within the frames of the forum round table discussions were organized during which topical problems were raised going as follows: development of higher education and science, the impact of the Bologna process on education, human rights issues related to the healthcare, management and regulation of student organizations, encouragement of young families’ formation. Upon the completion of the forum final analysis was conducted the results of which were presented to governmental bodies in the form of an open letter.
