Education
Teaching within the faculty of general medicine is currently carried out in three languages: Armenian, Russian, and English. The duration of the program is 5 years and culminates in the attainment of a degree of general practitioner. Both local and international students study fundamental and specialized subjects during the course. Those students who have good and excellent academic progress and display interest in scientific work are offered sub-specialization in narrower fields of medicine. While studying, great attention is paid to practical skills acquired during academic and practical training periods at educational training bases of the university as well as the mastering of current medical equipment and calculating techniques.
Dean's office
The dean's office is the head link of the department. It consists of the Scientific Council of the faculty and student dean's office. The dean's office supervises academic, educational, scientific activities. It carries out and coordinates the daily activity of the departments and students.
